Sts. Andrew Kim Taegon and Paul Chong

Andrew was born in Seoul, Korea, was a convert to the faith.  His father was a martyr.  He was ordained Korea's first native priest.  In 1846 he was tortured and beheaded along with his lay associate, seminarian Paul Chong Hasang.  In Korea, between 1839 and 1967, 103 martyrs gave with lives for the faith.
